Once enabled, every login from an unrecognised device will require a one-time PIN sent to your mobile. We strongly recommend all svipgems players enable 2FA to keep their PKR balance safe.

The minimum age to register and play at svipgems is 18 years old. Age is verified during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Deposits & Payments

If the transaction shows as pending, it may be a momentary delay on the payment provider's side — wait up to 30 minutes. If the amount has been deducted from your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet but does not appear in svipgems after 30 minutes, contact support at support@svipgems.click with your transaction reference number and we will investigate immediately.
Withdrawals

Log in to your svipgems account, go to Account > Withdraw, select your preferred method, and enter the amount you wish to withdraw in PKR. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method you used to deposit. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 5 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers usually complete within the same business day. Your account must have passed KYC verification before withdrawals are processed.

The minimum withdrawal at svipgems is Rs 500. There is no processing fee for withdrawals via Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank IBFT transfers may incur a nominal charge depending on your bank.
